Duties taxes for international orders
Duties Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Ludhiana, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. Exchange Refund policy
Products Eligible for Exchange. Only Pillow Covers Bedspreads are eligible for exchange. You can call us / WhatsApp us or email us with what you want to exchange and what you want instead and we will happily exchange it for you.
48 hour Exchange window. Products that are eligible for exchange, can be exchanged within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
Exchanges are not free. We understand that sometimes things do not fit in your home as expected. For such instances, we do provide exchange as a service for a fee (return shipping). There are 2 ways of providing exchange. If the customer is self-shipping, there will be no pickup charges. You may contact us for the shipping address details. If the pickup is done by LuxeLife Homes shipping provider, then the return fee structure is as below
For orders below Rs 5000 -> pickup charge is Rs 250
For orders above Rs 5000 -> pickup charge is 10% of the product value being exchanged.
We would require the returned items to have their original packing with original tags , The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
Not all products are eligible for Exchange. Please make it a point to understand and check with our customer team which products are eligible for exchange before purchasing.
Tableware, Dinnerware Cutlery are fragile and are not eligible for exchange.
Table Linens are not eligible for exchange.
Décor are not eligible for exchange.
Items bought on sale are not eligible for exchange.
Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For COD orders, LuxeLife Homes reserves the right to deny future orders. Any re-delivery requests will be chargeable additionally and will include two shipping and re-packing costs.
LuxeLife Homes does its best to ensure that every transaction at our website or store is seamless and we take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards of product manufacturing packaging.
As a policy , we do not offer returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed.
However , if a product is wrongfully delivered (doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality defect , then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
Any damaged product claims to be made within 24 hours. We spend resources, time and effort in packing fragile products carefully so they reach our customers’ home safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order.
